What we collect

• Account & contact: the email you provide to request access or receive digests.
• Watchlist & positions: tickers, cost basis, share counts, and trades you enter or that sync from your broker.
• Broker holdings (read-only): if you connect a brokerage via SnapTrade, we read your option positions and trade history to track performance. We cannot place trades.
• Usage logs: basic API and decision logs used to operate and improve the app.

How it's used

Only to provide the service: screening, tracking, analytics, and email digests you opt into. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How it's stored

Data is stored in a hosted database and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Brokerage credentials are never seen by ThetaYield — the connection is brokered by SnapTrade and is read-only.

Third parties

We use service providers to operate ThetaYield, including SnapTrade (read-only brokerage data), SendGrid (email delivery), market-data providers, and our hosting platform. Each receives only what's needed to perform its function.

Your choices

You can request export or deletion of your data, and unsubscribe from emails at any time, by contacting us. Closing your account removes your stored watchlist, positions, and contact details.
